My interest in cake making and decorating begun 10 years ago. Like many people, I'd go to cake exhibitions and view cake decorating as many regard going to a show, you want to be entertained ! I never actually sat there and thought "I could do this if I found out how !". Several years ago, my husband encouraged me to attend a cake decorating course at "Squires Kitchen". This course proved to be the foundation and catalyst for my creativity. Now after several years of training and making cakes for weddings, birthdays and special occasions, the feedback I have received from friends and family has compelled me to share my sweet cakes with you all !
